An awakening call

Broken watch and charred pieces of glass

wadded up the newspaper and tossed on the glass,

pouring of concrete and tearing out tree,

is this the planet surrounds me?

gradually our planet will start to dim

A thick black dust may choke life from within.

No longer we will hear the songbirds sing

What a horrible lost, What a horrible thing!

We're moving fast and living large,

Just Forgetting Mother Nature's in charge.

Amazed when she rings our bell,

Sending us through living hell.

She could twist our steel, shake any city.

If her wrath you feel, we shall pity.

Yet some who speak on her behalf,

I fear just seek the golden calf.

I wonder if we all can realize!

Praiseworthy gifts that we've been given,

Truly,it's the endless flow of beauty

Bestowed on us just by heaven.

This is not all!

beauty on Earth is still widespread.

Let's learn to respect it,

Whereas it'll embrace us instead!
