It Wasn’t Too Long You Stroked My Little Head,

And Wished Me Upon A Star And Tucked Me In My Bed.

When I Dreamed Outlandish Dreams, You Told They Could Be,

Dismissed The Doubts That Visited, Saw More What I Couldn’t See.

You My Mother .friend. Teacher, You Were Even Best In The Darkest Hours,

You Saw What I Couldn’t, You Are Always My Rock And Power,

You Have Always Been There Throughout Any Trouble And Strife,

You Have Taught Me So Much About How To Get Through This Strange Life.

Your Smile Is Attracted By A Thousand Hearts,

Your Laughter Dries All My Tear,

Your Gracious Never-ending Love,

Can Take Away All My Fears.

Love That You Give Is So Honest And Pure,

As Keeping Me Forever Safe And Secure,

You Gave A Tender Smile To Guide My Way,

You’re The Sunshine To Light My Day.

I Can’t Thank You Enough

There ‘re No Sufficient Words To Say,

To Someone Who Always Gives,

And Hardly Takes Away.
